Vedant Mehta is an outstanding Realtor!! My son and I decided to look at purchasing a house in the Los Alamos area after he was hired at the National lab. He was moving from Washington State to New Mexico in less than a month. I looked at realtor reviews online and found some good reviews about Exit reality. When I called, Vedant Mehta answered the phone. He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my wife’s, sons, and my questions. I think we stayed on the phone for about an hour. With a very hot real estate sellers market, houses were only staying on the market for 2 weeks or less. I have bought and sold several homes over the past 30 years and have dealt with many realtors. I look for someone who will take what ever time is necessary to find me the right home, keep in close communications, and look out for my interests. If that is what you are looking for, you should ask for Vedant. I truly believe Vedant doesn’t sleep and he worked around the clock to find us a home. We would get emails and text almost 24 hours a day (truly). When a house showed up on the listings, Vedant was calling or texting us within an hour. Vedant also was quick to learn what type of property we were looking for and found us the perfect house and location. Every time he found a home that was of interest to us, he set up a virtual tour the same or next day to fit my schedule. He would do a thorough walk through pointing out all positive and negative things about the house. It was like he was looking for a home for his own family. For a mortgage, Vedant help us find a broker and we even received a $10000 credit for the purchase of a home. We close in two days and Vedant continues to keep in daily contact with the title company, mortgage broker and us, putting out every fire that has come up to date.
