John Smeltz, listing EXIT Realty agent, refused to show us 5330 Chicoma, Santa Fe, NM. He said he was not allowed to show the property by regulation. He urged us to hire another RE agent to perform this function. That is patently ridiculous. Personally, I think Mr. Smeltz is lazy and simply wants other agents to sell his listing located at 5330 Chicoma, Santa Fe, NM. I feel sorry for Seller, frankly. We are a qualified, serious Buyer, but we don't feel the need to beg anyone to enact purchase. Avoid EXIT Realty Advantage NM. Go elsewhere.
